Amid all the depressing economic news, Eric Holm has found reason to give back this Thanksgiving.

In fact, he has found 20,000 reasons.

That's how many people Holm plans to feed on Thanksgiving Day at the Salvation Army. It's being billed as the largest community meal in the state.

Holm, 52, is owner of 27 Golden Corral restaurants in Central Florida and Atlanta. And though he is well-to-do now, it wasn't always so. But through good times and bad, through heady profits and lagging sales, for 16 years he has put on a community feast that turns no one away.
