Four weeks before the May 19 release of Eminem's highly anticipated new album "Relapse," the artwork of the album cover has hit the Web.

Pictured is a close-up head shot of Em over a black background, with his face being composed of hundreds of little capsules -- what appear to be prescription pills. Eminem has spoken publicly about an addiction to prescription drugs, which included a well-publicized stint in rehab and a later relapse.

On the bottom right-hand corner of the image is a parental advisory sticker, a frequent sight on the covers of albums with profane material. On the bottom left-hand corner is a prescription-inspired tag "RELAPSE" with a backwards "E" at the end and an "X" under the "R" for a drug-related "RX."

Other language on the image:
"Mathers, Marshall - 8 Mile Road, Detroit. Take 1 tablet(s) one time(s) daily at 3 a.m."
"Refills: 05-19-09" -- which is the album's release date.

The trackilisting for Eminem's hotly anticipated comeback album Relapse has hit the internet.

We now know the album features a cool TWENTY tracks including recent single We Made You and previous download Crack A Bottle.

Aside from Crack' only one other track features a guest rapper. Predictably it is Em's mentor and label boss Dr Dre who raps on Old Time's Sake.

Last week Em'- real name Marshall Mathers- revealed that Dre has produced all but one of the songs on Relapse.

The tracklisting reveals that Shady is still writing songs about his mother (on My Mom) and marijuana (on Must Be The Ganja). Also featuring on Relapse- released May 17- is dark new single 3AM.

In true Eminem fashion skits come from his manager Paul Rosenberg and his lawyer Steve Berman.

And, of course, "Prescribed by Dr. Dre" -- Eminem's executive producer.
