Diddy's Lawyer Not Satisfied With "Los Angeles Times Apology"
The Los Angeles Times' apology for its TUPAC SHAKUR article didn't satisfy a lawyer for SEAN "DIDDY" COMBS.

The Los Angeles Times' apology for its TUPAC SHAKUR article didn't satisfy a lawyer for SEAN "DIDDY" COMBS. The story, which implied that Diddy had advance knowledge of a 1994 assault on Tupac, was based on FBI documents that now appear to be fake. The Los Angeles Times and reporter CHUCK PHILIPS issued an apology on Wednesday.
However, Diddy's attorney, HOWARD WEITZMAN, said in a statement yesterday that the apology is, quote, "at best, a first step, but it doesn't undo the false and defamatory nature of the story, or the suspicion and innuendo that Mr. Combs has had to endure due to these untruthful allegations and the irresponsible conduct of this particular reporter."
