Eminem In Rap Battle With Kid Rock?

What would cause these two to engage in a rap battle?

The producers of an upcoming hip-hop documentary called "Rap Therapy" have offered EMINEM and KID ROCK $1 million to engage in a rap battle in Detroit.

The winner will get to donate the million bucks to the charity of his choice. However, there's no indication that either Em or Kid would be down for this.
