The star-studded charity single "Just Stand Up," which will raise money for cancer research, won't go on sale until September 2nd, but we've got a clip of it for you now.

"Just Stand Up" was recorded by 15 singers in anticipation of the September 5th "Stand Up 2 Cancer" telethon premiering on ABC, NBC, and CBS.
