Los Angeles County prosecutors say they've declined to file felony charges against Kanye for the incident, in which he allegedly broke a paparazzo's camera. The case has now been referred to the City Attorney's office, which will decide whether or not to charge the rapper with a misdemeanor. A decision on that charge isn't expected until next week.

Kanye and his road manager/bodyguard DON CROWLEY were arrested September 11th at LAX on suspicion of felony vandalism after they allegedly broke cameras worth more than 10 thousand dollars.
