WEIRD AL" YANKOVIC gives T.I. credit for the fact that he was able to release his brand-new parody "Whatever You Like" on iTunes yesterday. Listen to it below

. In a posting on his MySpace blog, Al writes, "Not only was he nice enough to give me his permission and his blessing, but he responded so quickly that I was able to make everything happen insanely fast." Al says that he literally came up with the idea for the parody just two weeks ago, and now it's out.

Al's parody, also called "Whatever You Like," takes T.I.'s #1 hit and turns it into a song about the lousy economy. The gist is that Al's girl can have whatever she likes, as long as it's really cheap -- and you can buy it at Costco or Wal-Mart. He sings, "Take you out for dinner wherever you please/Like Burger King or Mickey D's and baby you can have whatever you like/You can even have a large fries."

The song, which marks the first time Al has released a parody of a song while it was still #1 on the chart, is on iTunes now.
