Chris Brown's Hearing Today
In a hearing this afternoon in Los Angeles, a judge will decide if there's enough evidence against CHRIS BROWN to send his assault case to trial
Cameras won't be allowed in the courtroom during today's hearing, which Chris is required to attend, but artists will be allowed to sketch the proceedings. RIHANNA is also expected in court today. She was subpoenaed last month, and her lawyer tells E! News, "She's fuly expecting to be required to testify. She will answer all questions asked of her truthfully."
Chris is accused of assaulting Rihanna on February 8th. On March 5th, he was charged with one felony count each of criminal threats and assault by means likely to produce great bodily injury. He entered a not guilty plea in an earlier court appearance. If he's convicted on both counts, he could face anywhere from probation, to as much as four years and eight months in prison.
