A man named CHRISTIAN MOELLER is suing Rihanna and STEPHEN YACOBIAN -- who owns a Los Angeles house next to Moeller's home, the one that the singer rents -- claiming Rihanna has been allowing cars to drive on his property. Moeller claims Rihanna lets vehicles drive on his lawn so they can access the driveway of her rented home. He also alleges the vehicles can spend days on his lawn without ever moving.

Moeller also says a security camera in the house points towards his residence. Moeller, who is suing for trespass, invasion of privacy and other charges, is seeking unspecified damages.
