UK paper the Daily Mail reports that on Wednesday night, Britney greeted her audience in MANCHESTER, England by yelling, "What's up, LONDON?" Manchester is 200 miles north of London.

One disgruntled fan in the audience told the paper, "If she can't tell the difference between London and Manchester, what hope has she got?" But, to be fair to Britney, she'd just done eight shows in London, so she was probably on autopilot.

Tickets for the recently-announced new North American leg of Britney's Circus tour, which starts in August, go on sale this morning in most cities.
