Little Boy Asks Barack Obama, 'Why Do People Hate You?'

Yesterday during President Obama's (very short) trip to New Orleans a fourth grader at a town hall meeting stood up and asked the President why people hate him.

President Obama made his first visit to New Orleans yesterday, and a 9-year-old boy named Tyren Scott asked an unexpected question. He wanted to know why everyone HATES President Obama. Obama laughed and reassured the boy that NOT EVERYONE hates him. Here's the video.


President Obama told 9-year-old Tyren Scott that all the anger and hatred he's seeing in Washington D.C. right now is "just politics."
