Position – Activations Department
Duties and Responsibilities
-Conducts outbound calls to open marketing package guests to verify details, answer questions and attempt to secure dates for their open-dated vacation package.

-Follows up with guests to book dates or assist for customer service reasons.

-Disqualifies guests that do not meet the qualification standards for the marketing package EOE/AA
