Loan Modification Counselors Needed!

We have a unique opportunity for 15 qualified individuals. The economy is slow and jobs are scarce. Come and work for Central Florida's Number 1 Loan Modification Company. Wineberg, Lopez and Rodriguez Company is expanding its operations due to the overwhelming response by homeowners for our services. We help struggling homeowners stay in their homes by stopping the foreclosure process and negotiating on the homeowners behalf to reduce the interest rate, eliminate delinquent fees, extend the term of the loan, and reduce the principal balance. This is a chance to actually help someone and make a great living at the same time.

Job Requirements:

• Make outbound phone calls and field some incoming calls from homeowners that have inquired about our services on the internet.
• Sell the benefits of a Loan Modification over the phone.
• Meet with clients in person here at the office for consultations.

• Commissions start at $200 and up

Flexible Schedule:

• 9:00am - 3:00pm (Monday - Friday)
• 3:00pm - 9:00pm (Monday - Friday)
• 11:00am - 6:00pm (Saturday)
