Position Objectives: Visionary Leader and development is responsible for finding and developing new talent, learning and implementing OMG way. Modeling Scout and development work both individual and together to support business objective. The position involves scouting and maintaining new talent all over Central Florida.

Functional Responsibilities: Qualified Candidates must possess the ability to: Create and maintain new and better talent for the company agency placement, while utilizing net working and business skills.
• High school diploma
• Experience in fashion, models, entertainment
• Excellent communication skills

Competencies: Action oriented-Enjoys working hard, is action oriented and full of energy for the things he/she sees as a challenge. Not afraid of acting with a minimum of planning; Seizes more opportunities than others.
