Darrin "Dee" Dean and Jerry Gilbert were stopped by police for a broken headlight. When police approached the car, they smelled some weed.

After searching the car, police found one and half kilos of coc and a loaded 45 in the car. Dean and Gilbert were charged with possession, intent to distribute the coc, possession of a handgun, and possession of a firearm during narcotics violations. Both of them were realeased on a $342,500 bail and will await trial.
