POWER 95.3 POWER PAYS OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL U.S. FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

. 1. ELIGIBILITY: Subject to the additional restrictions below, the Power 95.3 Power Pays Contest (the “Contest”) is open to Florida residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Employees of Cox Radio, Inc. d/b/a WPYO-FM (“Power 95.3” or “Sponsor”), and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising or promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren. No more than one (1) winner is permitted per household or among immediate family, and no more than one (1) prize is permitted per person. For purposes of this Contest, a “household” includes all persons who are domiciled with a contestant, regardless of familial relation. Eligibility decisions will be made by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Participants in the Contest must possess a valid government issued photo identification and must be legal US citizens.

2. HOW TO ENTER AND WIN: The Contest will begin on Monday, September 29, 2008 and will end on Friday, October 31, 2008 (the “Contest Period”).

Becoming a Qualifier: Each weekday during the Contest Period the “Power Pays” sounder will play four (4) times a day. When you hear the sounder, you must dial the Contest line at 407-295-9595 to try to be the ninth (9th) caller. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the 9th caller will be declared a Qualifier in the Contest. If the 9th caller fails to meet any of the eligibility or other requirements of these Official Rules, a Power 95.3 employee will take the next caller in line, and if that caller meets the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules, he or she will be declared a Qualifier. This process will be repeated until a caller satisfies the eligibility and other requirements of these Official Rules such that he or she can be declared a Qualifier for the particular call-in period. Each Qualifier will receive the Qualifying Prize described in Paragraph 3, below, and will be eligible for that week’s Grand Prize Drawing. A total of three - four (3 - 4) Qualifiers will be selected each weekday during the Contest Period.

Weekly Grand Prize Drawings: Each Friday during the Contest Period, Power 95.3 will conduct a Grand Prize Drawing around 5:00 p.m. (ET) to randomly select one (1) Grand Prize Winner from among the names of all of that week’s Qualifiers. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, each Grand Prize Winner will receive the Grand Prize that corresponds to the week in which he or she was selected, as described in Paragraph 3, below. A total of three - four (3 -4) Grand Prize Winners will be selected in the Sweepstakes.

The use of automatic telephone dialing equipment or other software or computer assisted dialing equipment is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for loss of service to the Contest line or for a contestant’s failure to reach the Contest line due to contestant error, malfunction of any network or system, congestion, overload, busy signals, or any other factor that may prevent an individual from completing his or her phone call. In the event of an interruption of power or telephone service to Power 95.3 during a call-in time of the Contest and prior to accepting the 9th caller, the Contest call-in period affected by the interruption may be replayed at the resumption of service, in Sponsor’s discretion. EACH PARTICIPANT ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT ANY TELEPHONE CALLS PLACED TO THE STATION’S CONTEST LINE MAY BE BROADCAST LIVE ON POWER 95.3 AND ALSO MAY BE RECORDED FOR USE ON AIR AT A LATER TIME.

3. PRIZES AND ODDS: Qualifying Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, each Qualifier will receive ninety-five dollars ($95.00) in cash and will be entered into the Grand Prize Drawing that takes place the week that Qualifier is selected. The odds of becoming a Qualifier depend on the total number of eligible contestants who participate when the call-in opportunity is announced and the order in which those calls are received.

Grand Prizes: Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, each Grand Prize Winner will receive the Grand Prize that corresponds to the week in which he or she was selected, as set forth below. The odds of a particular weekly Qualifier winning the Grand Prize for the applicable week are approximately 1 in 25.

Week 1: The 1st Week Grand Prize Winner will be entitled to have his or her cell phone bill paid for twelve (12) months, up to a maximum total payment of one hundred dollars ($100) per month. Total value of this prize will vary depending on winner’s monthly cell phone bill, but in no event will the total value of the prize be greater than $1,200.

Week 2: The 2nd Week Grand Prize Winner will be entitled to have his or her credit card bill paid for twelve (12) months, up to a maximum total payment of one hundred dollars ($100) per month. Total value of this prize will vary depending on winner’s monthly credit card bill, but in no event will the total value of the prize be greater than $1,200.

Week 3: The 3rd Week Grand Prize Winner will be entitled to have his or her gas bill paid for twelve (12) months, up to a maximum total payment of two hundred dollars ($200) per month. Total value of this prize will vary depending on winner’s monthly gas bill, but in no event will the total value of the prize be greater than $2,400.

Week 4: The 4th Week Grand Prize Winner will be entitled to have his or her car lease or loan payment paid for twelve (12) months, up to a maximum total payment of five hundred dollars ($500) per month. Total value of this prize will vary depending on winner’s monthly car lease or loan payment (as applicable), but in no event will the total value of the prize be greater than $6,000.

Week 5: The 5th Week Grand Prize Winner will be entitled to have his or her rent or mortgage payment paid for twelve (12) months, up to a maximum total payment of one thousand dollars ($1000) per month. Total value of this prize will vary depending on winner’s monthly rent or mortgage payment (as applicable), but in no event will the total value of the prize be greater than $12,000.

4. PRIZE CLAIM PROCEDURES: Qualifying Prizes: To claim a Qualifying Prize, each Qualifier must personally visit Sponsor’s studios located AT 4192 N. John Young Parkway Orlando FL 32804 during regular business hours within ten (10) business days after the date of winning to claim their prize. Qualifiers must bring a valid government-issued photo ID. Persons other than the identified winner will not be permitted to claim the prize on the winner’s behalf.

Grand Prizes: To claim his or her Grand Prize, each Grand Prize Winner must personally visit Sponsor’s studios located AT 4192 N. John Young Parkway Orlando FL 32804 during regular business hours within ten (10) business days of being declared a winner and must present (i) a valid government-issued photo ID, and (ii) his or her most recent cell phone, credit card, gas, car lease/loan or rent/mortgage statement, as applicable, or other proof of the winner’s applicable monthly payment (such as a signed lease) that lists the winner as the payer/owner/lessee and is dated within the last sixty (60) days. If a Grand Prize Winner selected for a particular week does not receive a bill of the type specified as that week’s Grand Prize (for example, if the Week 1 winner does not have a cell phone) that winner will be disqualified and will not be entitled to receive a prize in the Sweepstakes, and Sponsor in its sole discretion will determine whether a substitute winner will be selected from among the remaining Qualifiers for that week. Each prize will consist of a cash payment calculated as the amount specified in the statement or proof of monthly payment submitted by the winner (not including any past due amounts or any amounts not attributable to the winner’s base monthly payment) multiplied by twelve (12) months, provided that in no event will any Grand Prize exceed the prize limits set forth in Paragraph 3, above., and not to exceed $1,000. Each Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete a W-9 form and an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity release as a condition of claiming prize. Subject to completion of all prize claim requirements stated herein, each Grand Prize Winner will receive a check for the full value of his or her prize (i.e., the full 12-month value based on the submitted bill or statement) in the form of a check that will be mailed to the winner within 3 to 4 weeks after all prize claim procedures are satisfied.

Winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by any winner. All taxes (including, without limitation, federal, state, and local taxes) on or connected with any prize, and the reporting consequences thereof, are the sole and exclusive responsibility of each winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes each winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information, voice and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.

5. GOVERNING LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTICIPANT OR SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE INTERNAL LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE OF LAW OR CONFLICT OF LAW RULES OR PROVISIONS THAT WOULD CAUSE THE APPLICATION OF ANY OTHER STATE’S LAW.

6. OTHER CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: a. By participating in the Contest, winners agree to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Contest without additional financial or other compensation. b. Sponsor in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest line or who is otherwise in violation of the rules. The station further reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Contest if it is not capable of completion as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention or technical failures of any sort. c. Sponsor is not responsible for typographical or other errors in the printing, the offering or the administration of the Contest or in the announcement of a prize. d. By participating, each contestant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and the Contest supervisors and judges.

7. CONSTRUCTION: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

8. LIST OF PRIZE WINNERS OR OFFICIAL RULES: For a list of prize winners or a copy of these Official Rules, mail a hand printed, self-addressed, stamped envelope to: “Power Pays Contest,” POWER 95.3 WPYO, 4192 N. John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32804, and indicate whether you are requesting a winners list, the Official Rules, or both. A list of prize winners will be available after Friday, October 31, 2008.
