PETA has put together a HILARIOUS ad that compares careless pet owners who don't spay or neuter their animals to parents who ENCOURAGE their teens to have tons of sex and not worry about unwanted pregnancies.

For some reason . . . probably to get publicity . . . PETA specifically noted that it's running the commercial in Kentwood, Louisiana . . . the hometown of the Spears family . . . and, most notably, pregnant 16-year-old JAMIE LYNN SPEARS.
